Our company needs to pulp and disperse the filter cake from pressure filtration. The current problem is that the filter cake has too high viscosity and is too hard; therefore, we have developed a surfactant to reduce its viscosity. In the laboratory, mixing is carried out at low speeds first, followed by the addition of the surfactant, after which mixing continues at high speeds of 2000 rad/min for 20 minutes. For pilot testing, we now need a high-speed pulsing device. Does anyone know of manufacturers that produce high-quality high-speed mixers capable of handling 3–5 cubic meters of material per batch?
