Are the welds between the container support and the cylinder required to be inspected? (Seeking help)

As the title indicates. Which expert can point it out! Regarding boilers, per 16508, the welds connecting non-compressed components to compressed components that bear loads are required to undergo 10% MT testing; the review engineer suggested that the connections at the base (interrupted welding) should also be inspected. 16508 was developed by container experts; so I would like to ask, which container standard specifies that testing is required? ????
Check the requirements for the main equipment and calculate the stress allowance! All tests, for safety and quality!
This post was last edited by wanlirn on 2019-4-30 at 19:13. The original poster never really read the standards regarding supports; they just simply put NBT47065.1-5-2018 in the title field and that was it. Additionally, according to the standards, supports are required to be fully welded
