How is the pressure resistance when titanium heat exchange tubes are directly welded to stainless steel tube sheets at present? If a strong expansion joint is required between the two, instead of hydraulic expansion, how about using mechanical expansion?

I think this is a fallacious proposition; in applications that use titanium heat exchange tubes, how many days can your stainless steel tube sheet hold up? To save materials when corrosion in the shell side is moderate, stainless steel shells and tube sheets can be used; in such cases, titanium+stainless steel composite plate tube sheets are employed. Generally, titanium heat exchange tubes are relatively thin, and to ensure welding quality, our company uses oil-free expansion followed by strong welding
