According to HG/T 21574-2018, the dimensions of the pad for TPB-3 are 310X200. However, the area below the lifting lugs is inclined, not flat; the straight-line distance between the lower left corner and the lower right corner is 335. This means that the welding length required for the lifting lugs is greater than that specified for the standard pad. If the length of the shimming plate is insufficient, by how much should it be extended according to the standards?
Your issue is probably caused by excessive eccentricity of the lifting lugs.
Just add the original distance from the edge to the vertical plate; it’s the same principle as with the reinforcement ring

This standard is really boring to create. If it’s not enough, they don’t even provide a range of movement. And several versions have already been released.
