Material selection at low temperatures

Our company has a project in Jilin, Northeast China, where for stairs, platforms, and cold storage units, we plan to use Q235B steel. The local gas-phase conditions are roughly as follows: the monthly average minimum temperature is -18.5 degrees Celsius, with an extreme low of -35 degrees Celsius. Can Q235B meet the requirements?

Which standard does Q345DR steel plate fall under?
There is no Q345DR grade; the 16MnDR grade is available
The material recommended in the GB4053 ladder platform standard is Q235, with no restrictions on temperature. There is no need to choose low-temperature steel as a structural material; Q235 is still steel despite the issue of low-temperature cold brittleness – it’s not like wafers, and its tensile strength is excellent. I don’t know if there are any standards for cold boxes, so I can’t give an evaluation.
