Is the first routine inspection of the boiler conducted one year after installation is completed, or one year after the installation is approved?

RT, the regulations are rather vague
Aren’t special equipment devices only used after passing the inspection first?
Registration can only be carried out after installation acceptance is completed and an inspection report is issued; the installation acceptance must take place with the boiler operating at full load. The regulations state that registration must be done before use or within one month after use

Generally, we follow the date stated on the boiler registration certificate. Generally, this time will be a bit later than the completion time of installation.
