Hey guys, I have a question regarding whether to use studs or bolts for flanges

When to use bolts and when to use studs for flange connections? I chose WN25(B)-25 according to 20592; P47 specifies the number of bolt holes and their diameter. Why was it changed to studs during the design review?
In accordance with the provisions of 3.0.38 in HG/T20614-2009
Why is it stipulated this way? If the material of the bolt is the same as that of the stud, the load-bearing capacity should not differ much, right?
I just think that nuts with full threads are easy to remove, from either side. I use the ASME B16.5 standard, with all pressure classes being fully threaded.

Whether the flange is fitted with studs or bolts, the hole is uniformly referred to as a bolt hole. It’s not necessarily the case that a bolt hole must be equipped with a bolt. HG/T20592~20615-2009 specifies clearly when bolts and when studs should be used for flange bolt holes.
