In the third picture, the liquid level gauge port on the hydrochloric acid intermediate tank in the workshop is broken and now it is blocked. The top tee is connected to the gas phase balance port of the hydrochloric acid storage tank in the reservoir area. Does this comply with the regulations?

The weld should have slag inclusion defects and then be overlayed.
Personally think: It is estimated that the opening in the wall of the vessel was enlarged and it was overlayed with welding rods. ; It should be fine if the pressure is not high ;
As long as the valve connected to the liquid level gauge is open, the liquid level gauge can work normally.
The upper weld is probably a repair weld with slag inclusions, and the lower one is a hole that was enlarged, repaired on site, and then opened for welding. Judging from the weld, the weld is not beautiful.
The first and second pictures are of other jars and the third picture is of hydrochloric acid lined with PTFE.
There is no such thing as non-compliance with normal pressure vessels, only non-compliance with standards.
