Are there corresponding management systems in place within the company, and how is the scope of supervision defined?
A considerable number of domestic companies, during the equipment manufacturing process, only focus on pressing for timely delivery, while almost neglecting quality supervision of the equipment; they rely solely on the manufacturer’s quality management system and quality control, with a final FAT being conducted at the end. The main problem is: there is a reluctance to spend money on hiring third-party equipment supervision companies (such as BV); when sending people to the factory for supervision, there is no systematic ITP in place, and after giving the workers some drinks and gifts, they leave without remembering the purpose of their visit to the factory.
