According to TSG 07-2019, to obtain a Class D certificate for pressure vessels, trial production samples can be of low-pressure vessels (the former Class D1 type), but once the certificate is obtained, it is possible to produce vessels of the former Class D2 type as well, right?

According to TSG07-2019, Table C-6 does not state that it is not allowed. However, I suggest you ask the review team leader, as it is possible that you will be asked to produce medium-voltage products on a trial basis.
