The TSG07-2019 \"Rules for Licensing Special Equipment Production and Filling Units\" permits the use of self-declaration commitments for license renewal. Are there any units that are renewing their licenses in accordance with this requirement?
The self-declaration commitment for certificate renewal is a method of renewal first introduced in the \"Rules for Licensing Special Equipment Production and Filling Units.\" If you have not yet renewed or obtained a certificate in accordance with these rules, how can you make such a self-declaration commitment for renewal?
From Jiangsu, it was submitted but rejected; on-site evaluation is required to renew the certificate. I don’t know why, but it seems that all the requirements are met; when I called to ask, they said the manager rejected it – it’s strange.
In the \"Measures for Optimizing Access Services and Strengthening Supervision During and After the Process for Administrative Licenses for Special Equipment\": The self-declaration procedure for license renewal, to be implemented by the State Administration for Market Regulation as specified in this announcement, shall come into effect on June 1, 2019; Measures related to other administrative licensing matters for special equipment shall come into effect as of March 1, 2019. For the administrative licensing matters related to special equipment that are to be handled by the special equipment safety supervision departments at the provincial (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) level and below, the issuing authorities shall promptly improve the relevant measures as required, and implement them after making them public.
They just don’t say anything; it’s confusing. When you call to ask, the clerk says that the manager has rejected it, but the reason is unknown.
You can ask through the public comments section on the website of the State Administration for Market Regulation.
People in Jiangsu are difficult to deal with; they prioritize face over comfort. If it needs to be done on the spot, then it will be done there, no matter what
Even if it’s approved, flight testing is likely just around the corner
How can the missing elements in Appendix M of the licensing rules be modified in the manual? Place it among other elements?
