According to the licensing regulations for special equipment manufacturing and filling units, do those responsible for the design approval of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines need to obtain a license?

Those responsible for the design approval of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines do not need to obtain a certification, but it is advisable to do so; otherwise, they will have to take a 3-hour closed-book exam and a 1-hour defense during the evaluation process, which is quite challenging.
Design approval officers no longer need to obtain certifications, nor is it possible for them to do so. Now, if one obtains the relevant qualification through training provided by a professional institution and that qualification is recognized during the assessment process, then there is no need for a capability evaluation at that time.
Is the use of the design after passing the defense also limited to the applying company only? Does changing jobs mean one no longer has the qualification to sign? Can all holders do it?
To be eligible to sign, one only needs to meet the relevant requirements for designers as stipulated by the rules, followed by an appointment within the system.
