How are the specific dimensions of reducer fittings specified in GB/T12459?

As the title suggests, standard reducer fittings specified in GB/T12459 are used as the shells in pressure vessels. The standards specify only three dimensions: the outer diameters and length of the large and small ends; however, data such as the angle α at the large and small ends, the transition radius R, and the length of the straight edges required for calculations are not provided. How can these values be determined?
In actual production, the length of the straight sections at both ends is determined by the manufacturer; other angles can be calculated based on relevant data. There are no standard requirements for the transition R values, so they can be set arbitrarily.
To learn*, actually I use male and female fittings, as well as reducer fittings; I’m only concerned about the length, and our tolerances are quite large.
