The enamel tower consists of 9 sections, each about 2 meters long; the total height is 20 meters. Distributors are located at the joints from bottom to top: (between the first and second section), (between the third and fourth section), (between the fourth and fifth section), (between the seventh and eighth section), and (between the ninth section and the top cover). These distributors are connected using quick-clamp fittings, and ceramic Pall ring packing is present inside. Currently, cracks have appeared in the distributors at the first and second section levels and need to be replaced. How can these distributors be removed and replaced without having to take the entire tower apart? And how can the packing be reinstalled? Illustrations are provided below

Do you want the top part to be removed using a crane and then the bottom part to be repaired? Is that what you intend?
Since it’s an enamel-coated device, there’s a risk of damage if lifted by a crane. Is there any way to handle it without using a crane?
If the packing support is connected to the cylinder, the upper part can be lifted using a crane in order to replace the distributor.
When lifting, there is still concern about the cylinder deforming and the enamel cracking, which makes things difficult.
