Anti-static grounding issues for pressure vessels

There are many discussions on the forum on this topic, and most of them concern stationary equipment. Then, in the case of pressure vessels used on ships, is anti-static grounding required? In the past, for static pressure vessels, electrostatic grounding was only used in flammable and explosive environments – is this correct? I appreciate your advice.
It is required for flammability and explosivity, as well as per customer demands; it is also used in situations related to lightning protection.

This situation falls under the scope of the \"Safety Supervision Regulations for Mobile Pressure Vessels\". Anti-static devices need to be installed according to actual conditions.
