Support non-uniformity coefficient

While looking through NBT47065 today, I found that when calculating the gravitational load on the support bearings, both the ear mounts and the supported bearings require consideration of the unevenness coefficient, but the legs do not. In my opinion, solely in terms of gravity load distribution, these three types of supports should be the same – either the non-uniformity factor is taken into account for all of them, or it isn’t taken into account at all. The calculations for the skirt foundation and spherical tank supports also did not take into account the non-uniformity factor. I wonder what other sailors think?
It seems that the unevenness factor considered for the ear seat is somewhat unreasonable. 4 ear mounts: 4*0.83=3.32; the effect of 4 ear mounts is actually not much different from that of 3.
