Urea is used as a reducing agent, and the solution is sprayed into the furnace using a spray gun; the reaction temperature should be between 850–1200°C. Where in a chain furnace can these conditions be met? Please help, thank you
It depends on your combustion conditions
Circulating fluidized bed boilers do not have cyclone separators, which makes it difficult to mix the denitration agent with the flue gas; as a result, the ammonia escape rate is high. It is generally advisable to place it in the horizontal flue duct behind the boiler furnace outlet, as the temperature in this area falls within the range suitable for the reaction
