Holes in pressure vessel foundations

It is a pressure vessel; the fixed end features two 24-hole circles, while the sliding end has one oval hole that is 30 units long in its middle section. The depth to which the anchor bolts should be inserted is not indicated in the diagram. I would like to ask how large and deep the square and rectangular holes should be when drawing them
