Drop in secondary voltage of electrostatic precipitator in smelting process

In our company’s electrostatic precipitators, it has occurred on multiple occasions that the primary voltage and current were normal, while the secondary voltage dropped below 20 kV and the secondary current remained normal; as a result, the dust collection efficiency decreased. The cathode wire is sometimes heavily coated with ash, and sometimes it is normal. Could everyone please help determine what’s going on here?
Is the pressure in the gas tank and the pressure used for dust removal normal?
It is a typical anti-corona phenomenon; it is recommended to replace the high-voltage power supply and the cathode wire.
