Solution: Empty the oil tank, clean the oil inside it, and remove the paint from the welds on the side of the tank where there is leakage. First, visually inspect the welds to identify any defects from the welding process and mark them. Then, conduct a vacuum test on those defective areas using a vacuum chamber; no leaks were detected. Subsequently, another vacuum test was carried out on those welds at a vacuum level of -0.005 MPa, and still no leaks were found. Are there any other better methods to locate leaks? I seek advice from experts!
