Operating conditions of the deethanizer: Dimensions: Φ2600/Φ1800H46500; design pressure: 4.5 MPa; design temperature: -70°C to 160°C. For domestic grades, 09MnNiDR can be used directly; however, since an ASME grade is required, I checked and chose SA353’s 9Ni grade. But this material has a temperature range of -195 to 121 degrees, so it cannot be used. I want to use SA537, but the low-temperature curve for UCS66 doesn’t work. SA203GrD or GrE – this type of steel is a 3.5Ni low-temperature steel capable of withstanding temperatures down to -101°C; the equivalent domestic grade is 08Ni3DR.
