I would like to ask you about welding process qualification. It is the first time for a newbie to encounter this situation. The company used S32168 for the first time, and now the company has S30408/S31603 process qualification. According to my understanding, it can be covered, but I am not sure whether the process qualification needs to be redone if the welding materials are used differently: dizzy:
According to NB/T47014-2011 6.1.2.2 Article b) and Article 6.1.3.1 Clause a) is implemented. There is no need to redo the welding procedure qualification.

S32168 is different from 304 and 316. It contains the stabilizing element titanium and has different corrosion resistance. Welding materials should be considered
