During the surfacing process of flange A105+31803, A105+316L, the groove on the RJ surface fell off as a whole. After it was planed off and re-welded, cracks appeared in the transition layer.

Hardfacing skills: Under the condition of ensuring that there are no problems with the welding process, welding methods and welding materials ； The four essentials of small current, multi-pass welding, zoning and beating are indispensable.
First ask the manufacturer for flanges, pipes, and welding rods, check the material certificate, and check the grade. If there are no problems, then weld according to the process.
