This technology mainly includes the modular secondary in-depth design of the ethylene cracking furnace with the largest single production capacity and total production capacity in China, base fabrication and assembly into a whole, transportation by land and sea, and on-site overall jacking and installation in place. The ground production, assembly and construction technology of the convection section quenching heat exchange module, and the floor production of the fume hood module, as well as the integral hoisting technology of the steam drum, are pioneered by this achievement. They have filled the gap in the field of domestic large-scale ethylene cracking furnace integral module construction, and the technology level is domestically leading. The review experts unanimously agreed: This achievement provides valuable experience for the construction, overall transportation, and on-site installation of modular plants for large-scale petrochemical plant construction, and sets a new example for scientific and technological progress in the industry.
Wison Engineering utilizes third-generation + modular design concepts and technologies, and uses three-dimensional digital modeling analysis software to form modular execution guidance documents to ensure that the entire cracking furnace module is technically feasible, safe, reliable, and economically reasonable during the entire process of construction, transportation, and installation. Instead of the traditional on-site construction model of ethylene cracking furnaces, Wison Engineering mainly adopts ground construction. The modules are segmented and produced in sections. The entire cracking furnace is assembled into an integral module at the base and transported to the project site by sea and land for installation. This not only ensures the quality of manufacturing and installation, but also reduces construction safety risks and realizes the vision of civilized, green and environmentally friendly construction.
In the process of forming the results of "Research and Application of Modular Construction Technology of Large Ethylene Cracking Furnace", it obtained 7 patent technology authorizations, formed the core competitiveness of modular construction with independent intellectual property rights, and won the national chemical construction method. These are all manifestations of the comprehensive strength of modular construction technology, management level and construction capabilities. Large-scale vinyl modular construction technology has also been selected into the "New Technologies in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering 2020" and included in the continuing education online courses for first-level registered construction engineers. This technology has also been included in the modular chapter of SH/T 3511-2020 "Petrochemical Ethylene Cracking Furnace and Hydrogen Reformer Construction and Acceptance Specifications", making a positive contribution to promoting industry promotion and application.
