Questions about welder qualification certificate project

Today I found out that there is Fef3 on the GTAW on the welder certificate. FeF3 should be the welding rod. I don’t know if the certification is wrong or I understand it wrong.
The second allowed welding project code on the poster’s certificate is as follows: GTAW stands for gas tungsten arc welding FeII means the base material is low alloy steel 6G means 45° upward welding 3/16 means thickness/outer diameter Fef3 means titanium type, calcium titanium type electrode 02/11/12 means solid core/gas tungsten arc welding/DC positive connection
I have read these standards, but GTAW is supposed to use welding wire, so how come welding rods appear?
I must have typed it wrong. The corresponding steel welding wire for GTAW has only one code name: FefS.

Did the issuing unit make an input error when printing?
