What are the welding standards for pressure vessels and storage tanks?

Our company has recently developed a device specifically for welding pressure vessels and storage tanks. The forming results are quite good, and this new process involves many fewer steps compared to traditional methods. Metallographic tests and tensile tests have been conducted, and all requirements are met. However, customer feedback so far is not positive; since we have no prior experience with container-related products, we are not aware of any additional mandatory standards. Is there any conflict with NBT 47014-2011 and 47015-2011?
No, when welding pressure vessels, the weld bead must be higher than the workpiece itself; wire feeding is required later on
It looks a bit like plasma-welding with a metal inert gas shielded welding combined heat source.
This is very similar to the PAW+GTAW combined welding method
