Can Party B under the contract entrust a third party with the design and manufacturing of all the pressure vessel equipment, with the third party being responsible for preparing both the equipment nameplates and the registration documents?
Consider the nature of the contract. Manufacturing contracts are not allowed ； The EPC turnkey contract (including EP and PC) is acceptable.
Simple equipment manufacturing contracts are not allowed.
