As shown in the picture, the volume of the reaction material I calculated is 10057.14L. So should I choose a 15000 or 20000L reactor? Reactors are all customized equipment. There is almost no so-called standard volume and parameters. They must be determined according to your material characteristics, type of agitator, stirring speed, etc. You can have 15,000, 14,000, 13,000, or 12,000. Let me give you a table to look at. It is based on a certain standard and is for reference only. It is of little significance.
You can choose this one first, with a diameter of 2300mm, a cylinder height of 2800-3000mm, and a volume of the lower head of about 1760L. The volume of the cylinder part is 11600L.
