The single board can be separated and cleaned with a brush; it is best not to use a high-pressure cleaner, as this can easily cause the board surface to deform. Just pay attention to the direction during installation.
The scale layer on the heat exchange surface is removed piece by piece using manual methods, and then it is reassembled. This method can only be used when the heat exchanger is completely removed from the heat exchange system; it is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also requires precise clamping dimensions for reassembly, making it difficult to execute properly ； At the same time, the sealing gaskets between the heat exchange fins are prone to damage, which is not conducive to the maintenance of the equipment.
Have you used chemical cleaning methods? By using an acidic cleaning solution, most of the scale on the heat exchange fins can be removed.
