Ultimate vacuum storage tank

Recently, I’ve encountered many tanks that require an extreme vacuum level, but the specifications regarding this vacuum level are rather vague. I understand what negative pressure means, but I don’t have any experience with extreme negative pressures. For normal tanks, a pressure of several dozen kilograms is not a problem; I’m not sure what requirements exist for designing and manufacturing tanks that need to achieve such extreme negative pressures
