Thank you to the author for sharing some pictures of on-site operations. They are very intuitive and help us understand some operations more vividly!
Phenolphthalein test paper. The ratio of phenolphthalein solution is approximately 1% phenolphthalein, 49% alcohol, and 50% water. After it is wet, stick it to the tube sheet. Of course, you can also use color test paper.
The tube-and-tube heat exchanger has either internal leakage or external leakage. If there is leakage at the large head gasket, it means external leakage. If one end of the head gasket leaks at the middle partition pad, it means internal leakage.
