Inspections and tests required before reactivating idle pressure vessels

I would like to ask everyone: For pressure vessels that have been idle for several years (and have not been used), what inspections and tests are required before they can be put back into use? Besides TSG R7001 \"Rules for Periodic Inspection of Pressure Vessels\", what other requirements must guiding documents meet? Thank you.
It is recommended to communicate well with the local special inspection agency; others cannot decide what tests and inspections need to be carried out
TSG 08—2017 3.9 Suspension: When special equipment is intended to be out of use for more than 1 year, the user unit shall take effective protective measures and install a suspension sign. Within 30 days after suspension, the unit must fill out the \"Registration Form for Suspension, Scrapping, and Cancellation of Special Equipment\" (format available in Appendix F) and inform the regulatory authority. Upon reactivation, the user entity shall conduct a self-inspection and go through the activation procedures at the registration authority ； If it has exceeded the validity period of the regular inspection, it shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant requirements for regular inspections. This is the latest one. However, the regulations in various provinces may have been issued prior to this, and the old regulations will be applied, which could conflict with this.
TSG R7001-2013 \"Rules for Periodic Inspection of Pressure Vessels\" was the technical specification of the previous version; it was repealed when the 2016 version of the regulations on large capacity pressure vessels (the current version) came into effect on October 01, 2016. Currently, the new technical specifications no longer require relocation inspection, installation supervision inspection, or re-inspection after one year of being out of use.
Communicating with supervision departments, inspection departments, or other departments should be carried out in accordance with laws and regulations, advocating for the interests of the enterprise on solid grounds; one should not simply comply with unreasonable demands from others, as this would put oneself and the enterprise in a very vulnerable position.
