May I ask if electric heating can be installed on the vent valve and emergency relief valve at the top of atmospheric pressure storage tanks?

In our PX storage tanks, during winter, the vents of the breather valves and emergency relief valves can easily get clogged with condensed PX fluid. Is it possible to install electric heating elements for this purpose, and is that safe?
The key lies in whether sparks generated when the electric heating element comes into contact with the tank can pose a risk to the medium.
A breathing valve with steam heating isn’t there?
Use steam for heating, monitor the control parameters, and make adjustments in a timely manner – then there will be no problems
