Are there any manufacturers that produce standard manholes for pressure vessels?

Thank you! Our company needs to purchase a batch of standard manholes, and we are looking to know which manufacturers can produce them.
The production of standard manholes requires a pressure vessel manufacturing license. Our standard manholes involve purchasing flanges and flange covers, manufacturing the manhole cylinder by ourselves, and then performing radiographic testing after welding. It’s also quite troublesome.
Pressure vessels are non-standard equipment; their diameter, size, and location vary, so how can there be standard components for manholes?
They are the standard components for steel manholes and handholes as specified in HG/T 21514–21535-2014

The price and quality are acceptable; any container manufacturer can improve this!
According to the standards for manholes, purchase flanges and flange covers, and fabricate the manhole cylinder by yourself.
The purchase price might be a bit higher, mainly because the quantity is too small.
Unlike flanges and end caps, although manholes come in standard series, they are currently manufactured by the vast majority of pressure vessel manufacturers themselves. It is certainly possible to commission other qualified manufacturers to produce manholes, but there are no specialized manufacturers dedicated to producing manholes.
It’s easy to do, but the paperwork is complicated; you have to go through an inspection process after purchasing and installing it.
