May I ask about the pressure holding time for the hydraulic test of U-shaped heat exchange tubes made of 09MnNiD material?

According to clause 5.6 of NB/T47019.4-2011, the technical requirements for ordering steel pipes made of 09MnNiD material state that each pipe shall undergo a hydrostatic test, with the maximum test pressure not exceeding 20 MPa. At the test pressure, the pressure stabilization time shall be no less than 10 seconds. After the U-shaped heat exchange tubes are bent into shape, each tube is subjected to a hydraulic test at a pressure of 5 MPa. What is the holding time for this hydraulic test? Is it still at least 10S?
There was no problem before the bending: P. I am a supplier of raw materials for pipes made of this material. I’m not sure what will happen after the bending. Same question, same request – fellow professionals :)
