It's more likely that it's a lightning rod, or it's some kind of communication antenna.
The environment of your irrigation area is so good, the lake is rippling with blue waves, and the scenery is infinitely beautiful!
In the tank farm? Have you really never seen it? lightning rod? Intercom signal station? Is it because the tank farm cannot make calls? Another possibility is the gas alarm? The biggest possibility is that it is equipment that has nothing to do with the tank area! ;P
