A venturi flowmeter with a nominal diameter of DN750, a length of 3.8 meters, and a nominal pressure of 2MPa is required to provide a pressure test bench. See the picture for the flow meter style.:

Due to too many specifications, the tooling is not very versatile, and each production tooling increases the cost and man-hours, making it uncompetitive in the market.
Then use local methods to buy a steel plate, cut a temporary pressure test blind plate, add channel steel or I-beam steel, and steel laths to strengthen the blind plate.
Bolt holes need to be processed for flange connections, welding needs to be done for welding connections, and the grooves need to be polished after welding. These are all too labor-intensive and time-consuming, so I wanted to find a powerful test bench.
The flange hole of the temporary flange can be cut by yourself. Is it expensive to charge a powerful test bench? ? ?
