Technical requirements for high-hazard media: For pressure vessels containing extremely or highly hazardous media (Group 1), the following mandatory requirements apply: 01 Pressure-bearing components shall not be made of Q235 series steel plates. 02 After post-weld heat treatment, if any welding repairs are carried out, the repaired area must be heat-treated again. 03 For steel plate cold-formed pressure components, if the deformation rate exceeds the range specified in Table 4 on page 330 of GB150, heat treatment shall be carried out after forming to restore the material properties. 04 Post-weld heat treatment is required. 05 When there are longitudinal weld joints of Type A (excluding Type A joints where the ball seal is connected to a cylinder), welding test pieces for the products shall be prepared one by one. 06 Its Class A and Class B welded joints shall undergo 100% non-destructive testing (RT/UT/TOFD). 07 For spherical tanks containing extremely or highly hazardous media, the inlet and outlet openings should be located at the top. 08 Lined composite structures shall not be used. 09 The minimum thickness of the tube sheet shall not be less than the outer diameter of the heat exchange tubes. 10 Filler box type heat exchangers shall not be used.
