Mandatory requirements for high-temperature containers: The mandatory requirements for containers operating at high temperatures (≥200°C) are as follows: 01 Ductile iron containers: QT350-22R and QT400-18R have a design temperature range of 0°C to 300°C; QT400-18L has a design temperature range of -10°C to 300°C; QT350-22L has a design temperature range of -20°C to 300°C. 02 Cast steel containers: carbon steel or low-alloy carbon-manganese steel, with a design temperature range of -20°C to 400°C℃ ; Low-alloy chromium-molybdenum steel, with a design temperature range of 0°C to 450°C. 03 When titanium and titanium alloys are used for pressure-bearing components in pressure vessels, the design temperature shall not exceed 315°C; for titanium-steel composite plates, the design temperature shall not exceed 350°C. 04 When titanium and titanium alloys are used for pressure-bearing components in pressure vessels, the design temperature shall not exceed 250°C. 05 When zinc and zinc alloys are used for pressure-bearing components in pressure vessels, the design temperature shall not exceed 375°C. 06 When niobium and niobium alloys are used for pressure-bearing components in pressure vessels, the design temperature shall not exceed 220°C. 07 When carbon steel and carbon-manganese steel are used for extended periods at temperatures above 425°C (the temperature for medium-temperature tempering), the tendency of the carbide phases in the steel to graphitize must be taken into account (Q245R and Q345R should not be selected).
