GB/T150 describes design pressure as follows: \"The maximum pressure at the top of the container, together with the corresponding design temperature, serves as the basic design load condition for the container; this value must be no lower than the operating pressure.\" The key to this sentence is the top of the container, and it has nothing to do with the installation location of the equipment.
