The safety plug of the boiler drum level gauge is blocked

The three on-site level gauges that were recently installed in the three steam drums of this unit often fail to show any liquid level. After they were put into use, the level indicated by the glass panels rose gradually until it reached the full level. Water kept dripping down from the glass plate. (The normal liquid level on the gauge on the other side is around 50); when the flush valve is set to a very low level, it is immediately blocked by the check valve. When the level gauge is in use, it’s not possible to open the pressure relief valve even very slowly. I suspect it’s due to an inappropriate design of the fuse; I wonder if anyone else has encountered this issue.
Is the intake port clogged? Is the condensed water continuously flowing down from the upper part? It should have nothing to do with self-proclaimed steel balls.
This post was last edited by ylb913 on 2017-1-23 at 06:25. Start by opening it just enough for the liquid level to appear; then wait before opening it further. Keep opening it gradually until the pressure inside the glass plate is equal to the pressure in the steam drum. Don’t rush – proceed slowly.
The flush level gauge of the upper and lower pressure relief valves can discharge steam in a short time, so it should not be blocked.
When putting it into use, the pressure introduction valve is first opened just a little to fill it with pressure, but that doesn’t work either. One of the level gauges requires repeated activation before it can function properly.
It’s being brought online very slowly; the secondary valve is opened to a very low degree, and it takes ages to pressurize. The same is true for the rinse level timer: when set to a very low level, it gets clogged as soon as steam appears during evacuation.
We have encountered this on site as well; there is no other option but to try to slow down the speed at which we drive
The lower opening may not be unobstructed, resulting in a failure to achieve complete connection with the steam drum
I’ve encountered it before, but just resubmit it and it’ll be fine
