Composite/multi-layer containers: The mandatory requirements for composite/multi-layer containers are as follows: 01 The shear strength at the interface of composite steel plates must meet the following criteria: (1) For stainless steel-steel composite plates, this value must be no less than 210 MPa; (2) Nickel-steel composite plate: not less than 210 MPa ; (3) Titanium-steel composite plate: not less than 140 MPa ; (4) Copper-steel composite plate: not less than 100 MPa ; (5) Zirconium-steel composite plate: not less than 140 MPa ; 02 When titanium-steel composite plates are used in compression members, the design temperature should not exceed 350°C. 03 At least one leakage indicator hole shall be provided in the reinforcement ring for the opening and the gasket used for continuous welding around it to serve a reinforcing purpose. 04 For pressure vessels wrapped with multiple layers of tubular sections, at least one leakage signal indicator hole shall be provided at each layer; for pressure vessels wrapped as a single integrated multi-layer structure, at least one such hole shall be provided at each tubular section of that layer; and for sleeved pressure vessels, at least one such hole shall be provided at both ends of each individual cylinder (except for the inner cylinder). 05 Plastic lining design: Leak signal indication holes should be provided on the pressure vessel body. 06 The surfacing weld surfaces and the clad weld joints of composite steel plates shall be subjected to magnetic particle or penetrant testing. 07 For renovations and major repairs that require lining replacement, a pressure test must be conducted (the pressure test is carried out before replacing the lining). 08 Composite panels of grade B2 or higher as specified in NB/T 47002 can be taken into account in determining the strength of the laminated material.
