As shown in the figure, the mass of the conical head is calculated using the formula given for 25198; based on volume, it is 241 kg, while based on the internal surface area, it is only 47 kg. Although there is some error in the calculation using the internal surface area, the difference shouldn’t be that large, right? I’d like to ask everyone, what’s going on here?

Check the weight calculation formula; it’s probably wrong. Using that formula, I got 75.8888 kg
The formula in the image is consistent with GB/T25198-2010; I used that formula in my Excel calculations and got a result of 75.8888739173. There must be some error somewhere in your formula.
In GB/T25198-2010, the formula for calculating the mass of conical end caps at 30 degrees and 45 degrees is indeed incorrect; in the volume calculation, the volume of the outer side of the straight sections is counted once too many times. It is specifically in the attached diagram.
