Cupower cannot import Aspen data

Cuptower cannot import Aspen data; I’ve tried many methods – I’ve used the required version of Excel and followed all the instructions, but it still doesn’t work. So I suspect there’s an issue with my software. If anyone has Cuptower, please send it to me privately; I would be extremely grateful!
