According to general regulations for pressure vessels, those operating at temperatures below -20°C are considered low-temperature vessels. What is the appropriate operating temperature for pressure vessels used for storing substances at low temperatures under normal pressure? Are there any relevant standards specifying this?
It might also be related to the medium in which it is stored.
There are specialized introductions on low-temperature storage tanks in this regard. Refer to GB150

The appendix mentions that for carbon steel and low-alloy steel, the design temperature for low-temperature vessels is below -20°C; I understand that. I’m wondering if there is a similar limit specified for low-temperature storage tanks at atmospheric pressure
