May I ask everyone, why aren’t the chapters in ASME-IX in sequential order?

1. As stated in the title, the range from QW-200 to QW-290 is missing the intermediate numbers QW-230, QW-240, QW-260Q, QW270, and QW270. Why is the catalog arranged in this way? Other chapters also lack chapter numbers.
