On-site welding of the reactor for a 260,000-ton acrylonitrile plant

As of January 10, 2024, at the construction site of the 260,000-ton-per-year acrylonitrile production unit as part of Jilin Petrochemical’s refining and chemical industry transformation project, the head of Reactor A was successfully lifted and placed atop the reactor vessel. The installation of the upper head on the reactor indicates that the reactor now meets the conditions for heat treatment, and the welding of the reactor and the cylinder as a single unit is complete.
