Although there are no specific provisions in the standards and specifications, considering the on-site operating conditions as well as quality and safety, it is advisable to conduct 100% inspection of welds that are welded on site.
The monitoring ratio requirements shall be in accordance with the design drawings; the design does not differentiate between factory and on-site installation. You’re concerned that factors such as on-site welding conditions might affect the welding quality, and thus you want to increase the inspection ratio. There probably isn’t any specific standard governing this; in my opinion, it’s sufficient as long as it meets or exceeds the requirements specified in the drawings.
