The issue of curvature in shell plate pressing

Recently, the company pressed a batch of P690QL1 high-strength sheets. The sheets produced after pressing exhibited a significant curvature in the length direction, while the curvature in the width direction was minimal; these values did not meet the requirements for acceptable curvature levels. The direction of pressing is similar to that used for pressing spherical shell sheets. I would like to ask the experts for any good solutions.
Our factory also uses pressing plates, but I’m not sure what the problem is. In my opinion, it’s best to lift the plate as much as possible in the length direction, while ensuring that there is sufficient downward pressure in the width direction
