Storage tank lug design

May I ask, for carbon steel storage tanks with a diameter of 4000 mm, a weight of less than 10 tons, and an wall thickness of 8 mm, what type of lugs are generally used? The tank top should be conical and equipped with guardrails.
Plate-type lugs installed on the side walls will suffice; four of them need to be considered to ensure proper balance during lifting
The side wall lifting lugs mainly interfere with the reinforced angle steel ring at the apex of the cone; therefore, 4 top lifting lugs were chosen and welded to the edge of the cone’s apex. Thank you!
